Literally the worst customer service. I went there 2 weeks ago to order my son's 2nd birthday cake. My son loves cars, I had to... flip through the book 3 times because they didn't have any of the car theme toys and I really wanted my son to get to have thetoy car afterwards. Np, things happen. Finally we settle on a cake that their sister store has in stock after about 5-10minutes. The night before pick up, at 5pm, I get a call from this place saying they dont have the cars in stock and if its ok,they will do a picture of a car..to which I replied...no, I wanted toy cars on top, not a picture. NO apologies by the way, noteven a hint of remorse from these people. I sat on the phone for 9 minutes arguing with them for some sort of compensation andwhen they finally realized I wasn't letting it go, they gave me a $20 refund. Still no apology either. My husband went thefollowing day to pick up the cake, they opened it for him and magically it has a car so he was happy and they actually treatedhim nicely and still gave him the discount. Very sweet....well when he got home and i looked at the cake...it is not like thephoto i chose at all...his name is spelled wrong...and he has one of the most common names in the world...Michael. how do youscrew up Michael????? I even spelled it for the lady when she took the order! Me being currently pregnant with twins, i amhormonal and emotional so of course it made me cry because this entire experience was just terrible!!!! I have never in my lifebeen so disappointed..and to top it off, the cake wasnt even that great, I took one bite and pushed it aside...A PREGNANT LADYPUSHED A NUTELLA CAKD ASIDE! After the disgusting comments the staff made to me yesterday for standing up to the unequal and unfair Ford Government they have... lost many loyal customers. Not one, but three staff questioned me about my morale in the strike and told me that we were usingchildren as pawns. Disgusting! Read more

Bought a cake here last minute for my parents anniversary. I got the strawberry shortcake. It was very good. They use real... whipped cream and even in mid September the strawberries were very good. The cake was not very sweet and everyone enjoyed it. They even decorated a plaque for me. Their pricing is reasonable as well. Read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I went there on Labour Day and we confirmed that they close at 8 PM. Anyways we got there... around 6:30 PM. As soon as we started ordering the older lady in the front who I presume is the manager started screaming tothe young girls serving us they have to cash us out. We didn?t even finish ordering and she was screaming and shrieking that thegirls have to rush us out. The Young girls serving us tried their best but the screaming of this lady made the whole situationmiserable. The is the most unprofessional service I have seen in at least 2 decades. The food was mediocre itself. But the factremains if they don?t want our business there is about 10 bakeries in the area that are 10 times better than this place .I wouldnever return to this garbage place again. The veal price said 5.99, after we paid for some stuff we realized something was off, I asked how much the veal was & she said... $9 plus $1 per topping, I mentioned the sign price & she agreed but didn't know why it went up to $9 other than the added bunprice. Won't be returning for hidden fee's. Read more
