I rarely eat here myself as I think the burgers are tasteless, very similar to 7/11 burgers, however on this occasion I was... simply picking up an order for someone else. I went to the pickup area and after a few minutes someone came over to ask what Iwas waiting for. I provided the pickup name, the employee went to check, said something about resetting the tablet and left.Then a few minutes later someone else came by, I again provided the pickup details but never saw this person again. Finallyafter roughly 20 mins someone who appeared to be a manager came to ask for my order details. She then said the order would beready in 2 minutes. She began working on something, but after 10-15 minutes had disappeared (presumably to hide in the back as Inever saw her again), and I was still no closer to picking up the order. After 45 mins someone new came over, I once againprovided the order details. Finally this person began completing the order as it appears the burgers were made, but left sittingwaiting to be dressed. I also asked to speak to the manager (Janelle), but no one came out. Sadly all the recent 1-star reviewsregarding food quality and customer service are spot on. If staff are that disinterested with providing a good customerexperience, and that reckless with someone's time (this is not directed to staff that care about doing a good job), I don'tthink this Harvey's deserves anyone's hard earned money. Terrible service. Legitimately a bunch of Neanderthals behind the counter. Took them a half hour to give us 2 veggie burger... combos. The problem is management, no one is there to put pressure on these kids save one person. The last time we came therewas a girl that was on these guys behinds but this time...im guessing she had the night off. An uber driver came in just beforeme and hes currently been waiting an hour and this place is not busy....at all. Dirty tables just a mess top to bottom. Read more
Went through the drive-through place an order for a crispy chicken sandwich cheese lettuce tomato ketchup mayonnaise. Waited in... the line because another customer ran back to the window because they forgot an item.. I waited patiently of course. Got to thewindow and the lady at the window asked me what my order was and looked at me strange . I said I ordered the crispy chickensandwich. I got my crispy chicken sandwich no cheese no ketchup no mayonnaise. poor organization. Reviews help you find out theissue and make yourself better that's why I'm leaving this review.. Read more
1 star is being generous! The people that work here are the rudest people I have ever encountered min my LIFE!! They are so... incompetent it?s incredible! I?ve come here many times I?m hopes the next experience will be better but instead it gets worse! Iwill never come here again!!! Read more
