I would give a rating of 0 however I had to select the 1 in order to post. Last night I had ordered a pizza as I usually had in... the past. I live in a building and usually I would meet the driver in the lobby to make it easier however I have a foot injurywhich I could not do it this time. The driver Rajkumar called to tell me to come downstairs and when I advised him I could notand provided my reason why I could not he became irate and questioned me more. I advised if it was going to be such a hassle hecould cancel he abruptly hung up. I hobbled on 1 foot to the door and looked out to see if he came up. I seen him and I openedthe door. He shoved the pizza box at me with force pushing me back. I told him he is rude and I will complain he said go aheadas he walked away. I called customer service and they promised a call from a manager from what I am waiting on a day later. Itbugs me that this happened I could have fallen. Also I did contact less payment which includes a tip and he does not deserve mytip nor a job at this point in my opinion. I hope no one else has to experience this disrespect from him again. Even though, I have closer locations near me; I prefer this franchise ?definitely the bestpizza in the area with amazing staff.
