Absolute joke! Ordered a wrap and this is what they gave. Is it a sandwich or a wrap? In which world , a wrap is 2 inches? I try... not to order at this place since they make everything wrong. No matter if its a drink or food. But I work nearby so sometimes Ihave to and its really bad service always. Read more
Looks like they are short on staff. It took more than 10 minutes to prepare 2 wraps. All their ingredients were out. So they had... open new packs. But then all my meals were cold. And they forgot to prepare my coffee as I had ordered it. Read more

Due to the Kenaston Tim?s being an absolute joke, I decided to try this location again. I have come here between meal times and... had a good experience! Today I came during lunch & it was a wee bit stressful. I forgot it?s dine in/take out which isn?t aproblem. I?m so grateful I arrived before the high school lunch rush. It?s exceptionally loud & overpopulated, no surprise theyhave security. I was impressed the line was very quick and efficient and the staff were pleasant, not to mention the selectionwas well stocked with fresh goods! I received the correct order within a reasonable time frame. Only reason I did not rate thislocation 5 stars was because my water and knife were forgotten in my order, so I needed to remind staff.
