Tried calling to place an order, no answer, went down to the store (as I was nerby) and was told I needed to place an Uber Eats... or Skip order or wait an hour "no exceptions". Called another Gondola at the 2000 block of Portage Ave and they happily took myorder with a 15min wait. Learn to treat your walkin customers better. Read more
My experience here has been great. We have some gluten sensitivities in our house and I had ordered salami as one of the... ingredients. Apparently there is some wheat in this so the manager was quick to call back and discuss this and we swapped it outfor another meat. He also gave us some gluten free chicken fingers to try at no charge. Everyone I dealt with was friendly andhelpful. Thanks for the great pizza! Read more

The manager was amazing! We used Door Dash to have a pizza delivered and it showed up completely smooshed together and ruined. ... We called Gondolas and unfortunately because we made the mistake of using Door Dash there was nothing he could do.
