I was very excited to come to the store to have my meal. I entered and it smells bad! Then I asked to use the washroom and I... wished if I did not, it was disgusting not clean. After that I was waiting for my order to have it in the store. The guy gave itto me in a dirty plate, has food around and then I told him this is not clean and he did. I came to sit to have my food andtable was not clean at all, it has left over food! It was very bad experience for me! Finally I put my plate on the cateringtable and it has plates there looks like they have been there for at least 2 hours! Preparing area is just a miss! Disrespectful. Poor service. Skimpy on toppings. I got home to find they forgot the chicken on my meal. (Also only about a... crumb of feta on the other but I didn't even bring this up) No big deal. Called to advise them , expecting they'd offer a freechicken portion next time I order. Instead, I was called a liar. Dakota location has many negative reviews for same.
