Disgusting experience first time from a&w , i was on drive thru the manager was very rude , her name was Arsh i guess she was... behaving like dogs with their employees . Well without employees you guys are nothing and honestly i feel bad for the workers.Head office Management should take some steps to improve the customer service as well as the manager should get trained properlyabout treating their employees!! Worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes and a lady came in before me got her food and left before I had mine. Super slow and not... very clean inside. Not very many options for drinks. A&W keewaitin, has the worst service ever! I was standing waiting for my food and was told to get out of the way so they could... serve sum1 else all the while they had multiple tills open. Staff talks to each othwr jn punjabi, so you cannot undestand whatthey say. Food always has a funky taste, onion rings are always over salted. Save urself the hassle and visit another location! ive ordered at this location many times and this is the first time ordering thru skip that had many missing items and had 2... burgers missing and onion rings. Called a&w and I was told to call skip's 1800 number to get another courier to get my missedorder....well skip does not do that...so i called a&w back and i was told she was gonna tell her manager to call me back and wasabout to disconnect without even asking for my name or number, i had to ask the person on the phone dont you need my number foryour manager to call back?! I had called at 748pm and now it is 913pm and has not gotten a call back from a manager....verydisappointed with their lack of proper customer service and lack of accountability for their mistake.
