The pickerel was perfectly cooked. I felt guilty ruining it with tartar sauce, which I slather on out of habit.

For those who are faithful to Lenten observances of no meat on Fridays, Joey's has great Cod or "fish" as it is referred to in... Newfoundland or the province known as "the Rock."
