Update!!! If you read below you will see my initial review... this is an edit. The DQ organization has assured me that they will... investigate and address the issue and I have received an opportunity to try their product again in the hope's of redemption fortheir product and service. Thank you DQ for your quick response and remedy. Btw, service has gone up a star to 5 as a result oftheir due diligence. Normally a 4 to 5 star experience but sadly today I'd give a zero if it was an option... reason: I found ahair in my deluxe stackburger on bite number 3. I purchased my order via the drive-through and was half way home when I felt thehair connecting my mouth to the sandwich. Gross!!! I was going to do the online survey but alas I didn't receive a receipt withmy order (what's up with that). Anyway, past experiences have been very good, unfortunately a hair in a hamburger is quitepolarizing. Be aware of what you get from this location. Read more
So i waited 30 min for my meal then the server gave my food to another costumer. Which my husband is diabetic and very important... he eats he started having a panic attack he had to leave the store. And when i went and told her that was my food she gave awayshe said they would make me new food i asked for a refund instead of waiting another 30 min for my food she told me no and wasgonna give me coupons for 2 free sundays instead of refunding me my money. Which my meal was 30 dollars. So i waited for my foodto be remade and when i got it it wasnt made very good.my burgers were cold and not cooked proper. Not happy with the service.Wont b coming back to this restaurant. And would like someone either owner or manager to reply and get back to me and fix this. Read more
the staff is always great and friendly, but they NEVER put enough chunks in the blizzards, i ALWAYS have to send them back, a... complete waste of time and ice cream... stop being so cheap!!???? Read more
Food was good but restaurant is poorly run. Advertising they new apps and reward points but they don't have a scanner to... actually give the points. Staff seem disconnected. Someone filled a drink there and forgot it and it must have sat there forhours as I finally moved the drink to the till. Some tables where not levelled. Based on the location this place should berocking but it's dead. Cleaning and engaged staff and working on your business would help with that. Read more
