Worst service ever. This is the second time where I had to wait 20min for one drink which made me late for class. The drink was... made very poorly too. Read more
Awful service. Extreme wait times. Expect to wait AFTER placing your order another 25+ minutes. (This wait time doesn?t count... the wait to place the order!) Very unorganized, as well as dirty. Today marks my third horrific experience at this location. Ihad ordered an iced tea and received it with a huge booger. Yes, a booger. Floating inside of the cup. Drinks were rushed and I understand it's busy, but they weren't made by standard. Refreshers and iced tea lemonades are not... shakened. Also ordered an iced matcha tea latte with light ice. They put light ice but added extra water instead, and evenlesser milk than they do on regular ice. I'll stick to armes/uc one. Read more
drinks are always great... service bad.. I ordered and they asked my name but when my order was finished they didn't even call... me.. they just placed my order on the counter where they put the finished orders.. also I went to order a refresher and theydidn't have any of it... So i tried the cloud ones which was displayed and advertised with stands and turns out they don't haveit too.. please don't display drinks that aren't even available or atleast say it's not available in a sign because lines arealways sooo long and when you try to finally order you only figure out that the drink you lined up for so long is not evenavailable Read more
