Worst customer service ever . There was one girl today in evening shift around 7pm . She was extremely rude . We asked her if we... can taste so we can decide which flavour we want.. like everyone knows that We can ask to taste icecream at baskin robbins andfor tasting no one eat one cup or cone . It?s just a bit of icecream in very small spoon . That girl said no you cannot tasteand in very arrogant way . We said ok then give us one scoop of cotton candy icecream. She said we don?t have cups for one scoopyou can take cone ,even i saw that cups are in front of me . Then she said oh yeah we have cups but you need to buy atleast 2scoops for cup . Like seriously bro , i know about baskin robbins from past so many years. This is not their policy that we canonly take cup if we will buy 2 scoops . We were ok with this as well and then we paid for that and spoon fall down on the floorby mistake. We asked her for one spoon . She said you need to pay for that . Like what the hell is this ? What kind of customerservice is this.. if we can pay for icecream we can pay 25 cents for spoon as well but i never seen this anywhere else . Atanother places of we ask for extra napkins or cutlery they never say no , not even charge for that . That girl at store behavedlike they will go in loss if she will give one small spoon to customer. Will never visit there again . Read more
Picked up an online popcorn seasoning order. The male staff was professional and busy when I arrived. They could do with having... two staff at peak hours. Other than that the staff did a great job. Read more
Ice cream?s pretty mid. Not sure why there was only 1 staff working ? given the traffic at the time. I initially planned to... order off their screen menu but the worker informed me that I couldn?t because "they don?t use the menu anymore" ? but why is itstill on the screen if it?s useless, was my question. Went here coz they have good icecream, the lady said that the 1st transaction was declined so we did another one. When I checked... my mobile banking, it had 2 transactions for Kernels. Told them that same day, they said the manager is the only one that can dorefunds, it's been 3 weeks now and we still havent gotten our 24$ refund. The manager just phoned today saying that he cannotsee any transaction for the overcharge. I need to send screenshots and to think that it took them 3 weeks to let me know thatthey cant find anyhting! Worst customer service! I dont know if that would be a modus or something as If ai didnt check it thenit will be left unnoticed and extra $$$ for them! Read more
