Two of the three times I?ve gone to pick-up a mobile order at this location I?ve been turned away due to their ?System being... down?. EDIT: I?m not trying to say this is a bad location, I?m just saying it is inconsistent. I?ve only been in the positionto order from here three times and it has failed me twice of those three times. Decent customer service. After posing a question to the cashier that he couldn't answer, he found out from manager and followed... up. Food was warm and the tables were clean. One of the better McDs in the area. Read more
terrible since I was trying to use my code to purchase $1 coffee and the cashier told me since their system was down for the... reward code so I can?t use it which sounds not reasonable since there should be a way to manually fix it the worst part was themanager told me the same thing. Literally worst customer experience ever. Cashier/ manger at the front didn?t even bother listening to what we were ordering and... we talked aloud and clear. Then proceeded to argue with us when SHE got OUR order wrong and tried to charge more for somethingwe should?ve already payed for. There?s no excuses for bad customer experience when it?s literally your job to get an orderright. ESPECIALLY when no one else is in building ordering. What a joke. Read more

It's another of a million McDonald's. They are not amazing but they are affordable and they are fast. Everyone loves the coffee... but I'm not a fan. It's a bit of a dark roast. I must update as I have yet to have a good experience here. Always a long wait. Always sub par service. Food is the same as the rest of the world but I'll stop elsewhere if I can. Read more
