Employees don't know what they're doing. Waited 15minutes for coffee that was not the one I ordered. It wasn't extra hot anymore... because the coffee had been sitting there for several minutes before I got it because the barista prepared the drink for thecustomers who were behind me. The employees here have absolutely no clue what they're doing. Multiple times I've waited 10 minutes with 1 person infront of... me. They also don't accept point redemption, and never have half their drinks available. Read more
By and far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I honestly feel sorry for the staff, as it is quite clear that the manager is... either incompetent or simply doesn't care at all. They're constantly understaffed, they're miserable, they never have supplies,they always ALWAYS "just need to make a new batch" of dark roast and request you wait the 10-15 minutes for it (this iscertainly an intentional cost cutting decision from the manager), the list goes on.
