Paid for our drinks and left , went for breakfast and never even ate , it was nice that the waitress was sitting at the entrance... of the kitchen popping ?? God knows what in her mouth and chewing right infront of hungry and now annoyed patrons. The scruffygentleman cooking in the back took too long to plate up two breakfasts and make a couple pancakes , with only 6 other tablesdining in the restaurant and four of them being served already, I found the service to be really pathetic in terms of quality.How do you go back to a dingy hole like that ? Very nice staff, comfortable diner style setting, decent portions but food was just ok, coffee cups were tiny. My friend's... pancakes were raw in the center. My everything omelette was ok. I was happy to see they take debit and credit cards. Haven'tbeen here since before the pandemic and the food won't make me rush back here. Read more
My second time at this restaurant. It was less than mediocre. The homemade syrup is awful. It's watered down honey with maple... flavour. It's GROSS DONT USE IT. They don't have regular syrup as a back up either. BE AWARE OF THIS. It ruined overdonepancakes. Which regular syrup would have covered for. Overdone toast which was the butt ends of the loaf and should t have beenserved anyways. The eggs were ok. Read more
