I would rate this zero if I could. Customer service is terrible and the staff have very little training regarding procedure and... customer service. The first and last time I'd gone was when the employee, who wears an M necklace, stole my gift card andrefused to give me my money back until I had called the manager. When I had to return the next week to retrieve it, she thoughtit was amusing to steal from people attempting to patron this location.
