I had breakfast there last week and asked for over-medium eggs and toast with half the butter. It was done exactly as I... requested. The whites were not funny at all and the toast wasn't slathered with butter. It's not often that it gets done rightat any restaurant. Kudos to the cook who was working there last week! Read more
The food was decent could be better but staffs were amazing
I was at this location on May 26th for lunch. I placed an order for spicy Habanero and requested the tomato be taken out as I... hate eating raw tomatoes. The tomato was not taken out and I didn't realize until I got to the office, I called to let them knowand they apologized and offered a store credit. I was there today and was greeted by the store manager who handed an envelope tome. I saw a gift card in it but couldn't read the content of the letter until I got to the office. To my surprise, the storemanager penned an emotional note about how sorry they are to have make me missed my lunch. This is nothing far from humility andan exceptional customer service skills.
