If i have an option for less than 1 star, I would give that to this store. Worst pizza. It was burnt all over and the behaviour... of the staff was pathetic. It was 3rd time i was ordering from this restaurant and always received the poor service. I dnt knowhow they are going to survive with this kind of attitude. If you are hiring students to work for you, the least you can do is teach them some manners and basic customer management.... Instead of rolling eyes on customers, they should focus on rolling pizza dough properly. Read more
It was worst experience one can have. At first place i received wrong pizza and when i call them and told i don't want pizza... instead of offering store credit they said we don't refund okay got it but when i was still on phone they hang up on me. Peopleworking in evening have zero sense of talking . On top of it when i went to store to give back pizza as they stopped pickingcall they started arguing with me. I am there regular customer. yesterday night they made my pizza wrong. I called them in the morning and told them about it. They... said we will make you another pizza. I called them back in the evening to order it. First of all the representative had nomanner how to talk. I am not begging for it there store worker offered me.
