We went to this location yesterday to order a foot long classic sub to share, The gentlemen seemed very rude with communication... as well we had to keep repeating ourselves, Lettuce, Tomato ect. when he finished with our sub he did not use a knife to cut thesub he used his hands and pulled the sub apart in two digging his fingers in the sub to pull them apart. We asked why he did notjust use a knife properly he say's I did I cut this in half it is already cut in half you must pay for your food now, Umm We donot think so, The next time a manager is high, cannot communicate properly and lies and say's his cameras do not work or are notrecording as we told him this video will be used to show how you mis handled food with out a proper cutting with a knife. PleaseGrow up, we did not accept the classic sub and left with out paying no way would anyone pay for food if they are going to digtheir fingers in and tear apart the product. Head office was contacted and security cameras should be recording at all times!!Guess some one is in trouble now. Read more
