Couldn't be bothered to communicate with me as to why my food was taking so long. I just asked for a refund. They are more... interested in helping drive thru patrons and skip the dishes than people who come up to the front counter. Read more
ordered 14 items picked up from the drive thru. When I first received the items I was missing 3/14 items so I sat there at the... drive thru window for about 4 mins and no body came back or peeked out the window and asked what was wrong. I had to yell at theemployees inside to get their attention. After I got home?I noticed I was yet missing 2 other items and one was wrong. Ihonestly order at this mcdonalds the most and 10/10 times something is messed up. they will NOT give the yogurt from the kidshappy meal?and I rarely receive ANY of the condiments I especially ask for or put into my order. about 1/4 of the time I receivea book instead of a toy that I order for my kids. Not to mention the extremely long wait? Or their not filled up drinks or icecream. and I get a lesson from their employees saying their policy is to fill up to the second line from the top? ?eye ballingits only 3/4 filled up?I order mcdonalds daily and non of the other restaurants ever give me a lesson?probanly because theirs isALWAYS a full cup. The drive through is terrible. They are always so slow and you have to wait 10+ minutes. When you finally get your food it is... always cold and doesn't resemble anything even remotely fresh. It's been sitting there for hours. I know it's "McDonalds" butthis locations food is terrible. If you make customer wait 10 mins in a drive through at least make the food be fresh when theyget it! I came around the time where it was the overnight staff and they are literally the sweetest! It was two nights ago on September... 14, 2022 the over night manager gave AMAZING customer service! He definitely deserves a raise!! Read more

I don't know what McDonalds has done but the fries are gross these days. Even at the lunch hour rush, when the burgers are hot... and fresh, the fries are harder and crisper. They used to be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside but now they're justhard and gross. Read more
