I have ordered from here several times since I first tried it about a year ago and I have never had any issues. The food has... always been tasty, orders have been accurate, portions acceptable and average price for Chinese takeout. My only complaint wouldbe the amount of rice that is included with the individual combos. It is way too much rice for one person so I would rather seea little veggies or the main item and a little less rice. The ginger beef is one of the best I?ve had in the city, so give it atry especially if you like it with a lot of real ginger. Read more
4th time we have ordered and super impressed with the quality and quality of food.
I have been getting food from here since 1989 as it is the only Chinese food place in the area.The first owners were hit and... miss with food quality and service and the next owners seem better initially.We have had numerous times where we get a pricequote and when we go to pickup it is 10.00 plus more.Last weekend was the straw that broke the camels back.The dry breaded vealis sliced so thin ,all you are eating is breading and the Cantonese chow mein consists of cocktail shrimp ,the spring rolls arefilled with mush of sorts ....the only good thing was somewhat good was the deluxe wonton soup and even then,I am beingkind....at least I could see the shrimp.Just so you know, this place does not have any sort of bar or restaurant so theirreviews are inflated on the positive side...sadly ,my entire family have now agreed ,no more,70.00 is a waste of money in mybooks. I receved a gift certificate and went to use it.When I went to pick up my order I was told that they would not honor itdue to being under new ownership.The food was edible however all tastes the same and the shrimp they use tastes like boiledwater.In fact all the food tastes the same...boiled water. I feel their food is excellent. I have ordered there many times. Their food is one of the best Chinese food I have ever had. My... favourites are their sweet & sour pork, lemon chicken, chicken balls (ordered a small sweet & sour sauce on the side), deepfried shrimp in batter (dry), chicken chop suey (ordered a side order of dry noodles). They are all so delicious and generousportions. I also enjoy their dry breaded pork but it would even be better if the pieces were a little bigger. And if your orderis over $35 before tax you get free plain fried rice (which is better than getting white rice). I am very happy with their food& service. Read more
