I had been going to this pizza place for years and always ordered online and paid in store. They had never called to confirm my... order, not a single time over the years. I had invited my friends over tonight and waited 15-20 minutes inside the store for myorder. I had placed my order at 8:58 pm. Apparently, they decided to call me at 9:20 pm to confirm my order while I was drivingto pick up my order and I was there at 9:22 pm. I paid for my order at 9:38 pm and came back home at 10. I didn?t know that it?sfree after 30 minutes. I called them and their representative, Michelle, abused me and was very rude. I have never seen anybodytalk to their customers so rudely!!!
