I used to like going there but I certainly won't be returning. We got our menu, waited for 10-15 minutes thinking that this... amount of wait time would mean that we would be asked for our food orders. Nope. Instead, we were just asked for drinks. Sure,whatever. Then, it took another 15 minutes before our server asked us for our orders. It took what was probably 30 minutesbefore we received our order. One of our orders had the nastiest condiments ever (sticky, thick, cold, looked like it had driedup in the fridge or something) - unlike the same one I ordered at a different location which was actually delicious. Serverdidn't seem to care at my dissatisfaction with the dip. Drinks were very slow on the refill. Orders were wrong. I didn't evenget the last thing I ordered. Took over 20 minutes for us to be able to pay for our tab - and it wasn't even busy at that point.Awful place, waste of time, and if your time is valuable to you, DO NOT GO THERE. Awful. Great atmosphere, awesome drink and food specials as well as a killer happy hour menu. The servers are very bubbly and on the... ball with refills and simply great all around service. I will be returning. Thanks for the great food, drinks and evening. Read more
Took 15 minutes to get seated even tho the place was maybe 1/4 full. Food was good and came out at a respectable time. Server... got pretty defensive about a mistake she made about one of the orders instead of just offering to fix it right away. Serverwasn?t very attentive though and our table had empty alcoholic drinks for most of our dinner. Not sure why the server was soabsent. I did notice staff was more concerned about clearing tables than checking on their current customers. Most of the tableswere empty and available, so why are you not prioritizing the tables you have? Stopped in Sunday July 10th at 4 PM. Not overly busy. We were greeted and seated. Server comes to take our order. Getting a... drink took forever. From our booth looking down there was plenty of food on the carpet as if this place was not cleaned inweeks. I mean pretty big pieces of food not crumbs. 20 minutes later a different server brings our food order and walks away. Nocutlery, no condiments and no napkins. I had to go the bar to request these. My review is based on 2 visits here, within a couple days of each other. First visit was on a Friday, when their was a jets... game. Very poor first experience with this restaurant. Took 15 minutes just to get seated. When seated, took about 10-15 minutesto get our drinks. I noticed even the security guy started serving and seating guests as they were heavily short staffed. Ourserver didn't tell us about the specials or anything, but took our order. As we were waiting I noticed an abundance of platespiled up at the running window for servers, probably 10 orders, ours included. Plates started being served and we got ours inabout 10 minutes after ordering drinks. We didn't get any cutlery, napkins, salt or pepper until we asked. Food was tasty, priceisn't too bad but the service that night left a very poor taste in my mouth. That visit would be 1/5. Second visit we tried itagain, this time on a Tuesday but a bit earlier, around 5 (as opposed to 6:30). Got seated withing a minute, were presented thespecials and delivered napkins, condiments and utensils without asking. Got our food within 15 minutes of getting there and wastasty like last time. This experience I would say 5/5. Mix those together and I'd say 3/5 over all with my experiences. Perhapsthe staff were having a bad night/short staffed but still. Read more
