Worst customer service ever. Didn't even say thank you and they're not busy but my order took so long.
Food is over priced for small portion. Pad Thai I got had no flavor. It's over priced by about $4.50. Mall rent must be... high. Waited 20 mins for my food. Young male came in off the street (obviously late) didn't wash his hands, trying to find anapron, adjust shirt, no hair net and looked like he just rolled out of bed. He started taking an order. Go to the back, gatheryourself and wash your hands. Maybe Health Inspectors need to come by for a visit. To the owner - ummm no I will not reach outto you. I said my part, now do yours. Be present. I've had Thai Express both downtown and Garden City Mall several times but not in the last couple of years. Today I had beef pad... see-ew and it had no flavour whatsoever. I asked for spicy - not spicy in the least. The noodles did not seem cooked enough.This was the only restaurant I'd go to in GC mall but I won't be choosing it again after this visit. It's unfortunate becauseI've always loved Thai Express but this was a major disappointment. Read more
The food itself is about a 2-3 star rating. It felt like the rice was in a rice cooker all fay as it seems clumpy and soggy at... the same time. The portions you get is decent. The price is a bit to high for the low quality of the food. I probably won't beback again. Read more

Almost laughable. I ordered one spring roll and 3 wings. The spring roll had ROTTEN basil leaves and 3 miniature shrimp that had... been cut in half. The wings were good but extremely overpriced.
