I enjoy some pizza hut every once amd a while. Not the best not the worst. Worth trying for sure
I ordered pizza and ice cream, when the driver came he came to the back door for whatever reason so I asked him to come to the... front door because I have my foot in a cast and the back lane is sketchy. he took forever to come to the front then forgot myice cream so told me I had to pay up front and he will come bring it back. so I called customer service and was told I willhave it redelivered and a credit for 2 free ice creams next time I order. then I got a call from the manager who apparently justgot in saying I called yelling about ice cream which I certainly did not yell or was even rude. Then the manager asked if Istill wanted my ice cream in a rude tone and I said yes and he said well its either u get it now or u get the credit for one andyou dont get the 2 free ones just the forgotten one.. so waited at least 30 mins for the redelivery, the manager was super rudeand disrespectful. not impressed at all! Everytime they give order 10-15 minutes late and staff is just arguing with each other. A longgggg waiting time everytime so... just go 20-25 mins late after ur pick up time... Staff today at 4:49 PM was very rude.. this restaurant needs to check on therestaff... Read more
$75 for pizza and pasta. No cheese on my pasta. This location is not the pizza hut to order from. Second attempt to order from... this location and 2/2 on making an error. The delivery guy was friendly no complaints about that. Update. Two days later Ifollowed up after not receiving a call back. They delivered a new order of pasta no charge. Read more
