When you visit the outlet mall, ignore all food joints and only go to this one. ????
PROS: Good tasting food. Kept aiming back for their crispy chicken. CONS: Lesser portion than they used to. Thus meal is... expensive. Read more

When they were sold out of am item (which they did not put up a sign or any indication about) the staff informed me they would... not refill the item for a single order. When I asked to see the manager and politely asked why, I was informed/argued it was toomuch work to steam some pork buns.
