Such a worst customer service I have ever seen?? I wish I could give them ZERO start. I went to this tim few a times and what I... saw is, there own assistant mangers even Don?t wear hair nets while making food especially when I pointed them out they wererude and said ?she is covering Breaks.? Well, the staff doesn?t know how to deal with the customers. I did skip from their storeand wanted to make sure they put my stuff correctly and when I called one of them picked the call and when I said it?s regardingskip, she hung up on me. I called many a times again but she was cutting the call again nd again. This is RUDE! Read more
While the food and coffee is good...customer service and appreciation to customers who are not ordering from the drive through... or door dash...a person can easily wait close to 10 mins to be able to place your order...most are polite and courteous minus aselect few ...and aside from that...the washroom looks like a livestock stall... absolutely filthy, no toliet paper ..puke allover...lock the doors if this is an issue and only hand out the key to paying customers....after writing this I'm starting tothink that two stars is too much Read more

Staff ignored the customers on the inside. Only tending to drive thru which is very wrong. Got ignored inside from 10-15minutes.... Was late for work, when I was there 10-15min early to make food run. Don't waste your time, not worth the time or money for lessthan satisfactory service Read more
