Best buffet in a long time. NOTTTT. Great value. SOOOO!!! We enjoyed the buffet so much Easter Sunday that we returned with... friends on Saturday apr 30. THE BUFFET COULDNT BE MORE DISAPPOINTING. We were so embarrassed after saying how great it waspreviously. Food was hardly warm. Fish was refried and greasy as if it was left over from previous days. Chicken was burnedblack. Had to ask waiter for refills as he would not ask us in his own if we were good. He was tipped accordingly. WE HAD PLANSTO RETURN ON MOTHERS DAY???? Hmmmmmmm? WELL IM A SLOW LEARNER. PLANNED TO MEET AT ALTOS WITH FRIENDS FOR BRUNCH. I FIGURED TOTRY A BREAKY TO BE SURE IT WAS AS GOOD AS WE INCE HAD GIVING ALTOS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. IT WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!! Butter onthe toast did not melt. So cold. Ham was cold swimming in grease. Coffee was never refilled. Water not to be found. Had to waitto pay. I mentioned my experience to the desk clerk when she asked how things were. She said she was sorry. Lol I suggested shepass that onto management. Sadly I do not know how this place continues. Thanksgiving Dinner buffet 2022. Very disappointed, half the food was poor quality or not prepared properly. Some issues,... roasted veggies dry and no flavor, mussels were not eye appealing, ham was faded in color to a pale grey not to mention it wassupposed to be with pineapple well no pineapple and no taste of any. Cold cut tray was a recycled one because meat dry on edgesand discolored. Buns were not fresh hard and tasted stale. But the KICKER was the hot food line, my dish was handed down theline and one Guy noticed my dish was dirty so he said he will get me a new one , well he grabbed my food with his hand andslides it onto my clean dish.Who does this ??? Not enough staff in the morning. Waited a long time to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Finally, seated, but the server... said they were giving us time to "settle in" before taking our drink order, and they would be right back. We waited quiteawhile, and nobody came back. The two servers were clearly overworked. The manager just seemed to wander around, not helping atall, and completely ignored us as we walked passed by him on our way out, unfed. Read more

I gotta say the quality of food used to be far better than it is now. Went for the breakfast buffet but there was barely... anything to actually other than omlettes, hasbrowns, bacon & sausage.. no fruit, or yogurt. It was bare bones. Ended up.orderinga breakfast off the menu but even then I'd rather have gone to another place that woulda had more options on the menu & betterfood.... Miss how good this place used to be. Read more
