Having tried multiple times before and seeing the multiple reviews that already exist... I can safe confirm that the store in... generally is closed within an hour of closing. I'm not too sure what the point of opening hours are if they're just optional. Inany case, $21 before taxes for what is basically shaved ice cream isn't worth it; I don't believe I'll be back for awhile. It'stoo bad because their tiramisu snow is very good. Read more

I have never felt the need to write a review about a business until now. Please stop supporting this cafe because they are... horrible. I placed a pick up order with them through door dash at 9:20pm, which they CONFIRMED. i drove 30 mins to pick it upjust for this guy to say that he could not make it anymore since they are closed (hence, they are supposedly open until 10pm andI arrived around 9:50). The employee had a big smile on his face, not apologetic at all whatsoever, told me to contact door dashfor a refund. I work with the door dash app at my job and I personally know that you can easily cancel an order, but no.. heaccepted the order, wasted my time, and took my money. Daughter and I wanted to try something new and was not disappointed! OMG!! These desserts were soooooo good!! Could have gotten... the small!! We both hot mediums, can't imagine the large! Get 2 spoons and share lol It was pricy though. Read more

I?m very disappointed with my experience at Snow and Moon. First, they did not offer large snow for dine-in which did not... accommodate my party size. The prices here for what you get are absolutely despicable. Never have I ever been ripped off likethis before. Customer service was non-existant. When are snow was ready it looked very unappealing. It resembled nothing likewhat the picture was displayed. I have been to Snow and Moon many times before and never have I experienced such disappointmentand dissatisfaction like I did this visit. I went there the other day and I ordered the strawberry snow. Before arriving there I was at the gym, so naturally I was thirsty... (ice creme also makes me thirsty) so I asked the worker for a cup of water. Tap water would have been great. But the worker saidthat they do not give out cup of water and instead I had to buy bottled water from them. This would have been understandable ifI didn?t already place an order, but I did so I didn?t see why they couldn?t give me a complementary cup of tap water.
