Came in on Tuesday for tacos and I was greeted by a friendly hostess who had a great demeanor. Our server was Courtney who was... absolutely fantastic, very bubbly and friendly and quick with her service. Couldn't have asked for a better server. I ordered steak bites along with a few other items. However, the steak bites were burnt. Not even edible. In previous times it... was medium rare and great. Sadly had the toughest experience I’ve had at the restaurant (only anyone) the last week. Unfortunately management that day... (Adam) and the servers didn’t see fit to handle the mistakes well at at. Recovering from troubling service is better thanproviding expected service some days but this place didn’t execute on that at all. Worse it was uncommunicative bumblingmess. First they were out a lot of menu items 3/4 Ordered and more beyond that. Now that isn’t a big problem in itself butwhat is was the fact the it took 15 past each order to let us know they’ were out. From there the server said the first roundwas on the manager, but that turned out to only be the beers, the folks like my that didn’t drink did not get our pop (a whole$4) covered. When bringing this up with the manager to which I had to find and wouldn’t proactively come to our table eventhough the server was struggling. They said they would figure it out In the end 2 people at the tables whose orders werecorrect were given free meal and drink while myself others paid full price to which the server responded “just take it out ofmy gratuity” - why would we do this?! Why would the person working for tips lose their tips when it was the order managersresponsibility to stock the food and the manager on duties job to respond to the complaint? Needless to say after 20+ visit Iwon’t be going back. Food quality is still fine, atmosphere is good but my goodness I’ve never seen so many balls droppedby management at once and I’m a Dallas cowboys fan. Read more
