As a server, I completely understand the challenges of serving and multitasking. However, as the only table in the lounge on a... Saturday night I at least expected average service. I had to remind my server at least 3 times for a refill, she forgot to bringdrinks to our table, and did not check on us for 20-30 minutes at a time. I ordered a Thai wrap through our company lunch program. I think they rushed the order due to an issue with the email order,... which I don’t believe is a fault of BP. But when I got my Thai wrap, the wrap was very soggy and my fries were cold. The paperbeneath the wrap seemed very greasy. I ate some of the filling but threw out the rest. Usually I like the salads but wanted totry something different. I think I will stick to ordering salads in the future. Read more
