Very bad experience. Staff was showing attitude when we ask for anything.. They need more training how to treat people..

This was a good location for a long time up until recently. One of my favourite drinks is the iced shaken espresso, I always ask... for no ice because it?s still a cool temperature (from being shaken with ice) but not watered down once the ice melts. I onlyhave an issue with this drink at this location with two different baristas there, they tell me I have to have ice because it?sshaken with ice? I understand that that, but they don?t understand that they can just strain out the ice like everyone else justdoes automatically. I don?t think they understand where they work, and I don?t understand why no one else there corrects them.I?m not paying that much for a watered down coffee and the looks that they give me because they don?t know what they?re doing. Staffs weren't friendly and horrible service specifically the two big ladies, they need training on customer services!!! If... someone suggested what I'm ordering they should elaborate it more. As a new customer I didn't get enough help what was neededthat moment!!! Read more

I love this Starbucks location. They were very kind, very friendly and even though the girl there made a mistake on my coffee... she was willing to make me a new one but since I hadn't tried that kind of coffee I just accepted it. I thought it was nice thatshe offered to make me a new 1 and told me if I didn't like that 1 she would definitely give me the one I wanted. A big thankyou to Starbucks! Read more
