I was going to come here to leave a good review for Sarah F. but it seems people have already beat me to it. I have been going... to the bar side at this location for a couple months now with my partner and we have never received bad service from her nor gotour orders wrong in any way. Burger week burger hard 0 / 10 ordered it through uber eats get the burgers and they aren't even BEEF patties its deep fried dry... as the desert chicken instead! No cheese on it one slice of a pickle one piece of microwavable bacon and the bun was burnt andcrispy. And my side order of cactus cuts weren't even cooked. ????????Pic on the top is what I received. Net up with some friends, we had a big catch-up dinner and met on the lounge side. Service and food was excellent and the staff... turned down the volume of the music so we could talk and listen easier! Service helped make a great reunion. Read more

My friend and I went for a late night bite to eat , we ordered cactus cuts with ranch and a chicken Caesar salad with no... Parmesan. When the food came out , they had forgotten the ranch and the salad had parmesan on it. We waited nearly 25 minutesfor our server to return to see how everything was tasting. After explaining the mistake she took the untouched food to the backand brought back the same cactus cuts that she took from the table which were now stone cold after sitting on our table whilewaiting for a quality check , to which we then had to ask again for them to be remade. When they came out they looked and tastedlike they had been put back into the fryer. The Caesar salad “ remake “ came out looking as ordered, upon the first bite ofchicken which had been reused from the first plate as it was stone cold as well and had remnants of Parmesan that they had triedto shake off. Our server returned at the end of our meal and dessert to ask if everything was “ fine this time “ and if weneeded a refill on our drinks. Our plates were never cleared at the table , our spoons were placed directly on the dirty tableand we paid full price after a 2 hour experience and re used food.
