Placed an order through Door Dash at 1:58PM for 2 chicken chipotle wraps and a smoothie. I usually order from the portage... location. I understand delays happen for delivery, that's fine with me. However, if I'm going to wait over an hour for burntfood and a smoothie with no straw? I'll pass. Thankfully Door Dash refunded me. I'm not sure what happened at the this location,but I'm not impressed. Please use a timer next time or re make the wraps. Don't provide your customers with burnt food andPLEASE provide them with a straw for their smoothies. I even asked the courier if she had one inside the Door Dash bag, afterchecking she realized there was no straw provided. No, I'm not exaggerating about the food being burnt, chicken and cheeseinside were burnt as well. Unacceptable. Read more
Tried to go to the store before work. Drove 20min out of my way to get here for 7am and the store was not open!! No staff inside... sign off and door locked even though advertised as being open at 7. Will never return to this location without being very vocalabout this complaint!!! Read more
The lady at the counter didn't say anything to me when I wanted to order. She just stared the whole time. The other two people I... was with said the same thing happened to them. No "hello" or "what can I get for you" or anything. None of the works smiled, andone of our orders was wrong. I love Booster Juice, but this is the worst one I've been to. Read more
Older lady that was working assumed to be manager was treating staff very poorly. Especially what appeared to be a new trainee.... Was hard to watch. Also, was trying to micro manage everyone creating a hostile environment and an inefficient way of trying toget through a rush of customers and smoothies. Smoothie was good though! Read more
