While this restaurant has good food the service is terrible. Since changing ownership, I have noticed the staff being very rude... over the phone when ordering take out. They argued with me over the fact that they had charged me for a roll but it was not inmy order. They tried to placate me with a credit which I was forced to accept as they would make that one roll up for me. Ifordering items such as the Avocado cucumber roll, double check your order as mine wasn't included the last two times. I wouldthink the chef is missing that roll as they list it on the order as "AC roll" which I think the chefs miss. The mistakes on theorders and the rudeness of at least two of the staff have taken this from one of my most favorite restaurants to my leastfavorite. Also, agree with other reviews regarding sanitary condition in bathroom. Will be looking for a new sushi place to goin the near future. Read more
I was excited.to try sushi from a 4.5 star review restaurant. Unfortunately it was a let down. The Bakudan was covered in... Shiracha. The Unagi roll had no unagi in it, and if it was there then when I opened each roll I couldn't find it. The mangotango roll had 3 slivers of mango in it (picture to show). The shells of the shrimp were still on Finally, the hot sauce used inthe spicy rolls is Shiracha which is much too pungent, (picture to show what their in house hot sauce is). Overall I'm quitedisappointed and am urging people to try another sushi restaurant. Read more

Rolls were fine, average of what can be expected in Winnipeg. The nigiris however, fishes were not well cut. The shapes were not... uniform plus I found a big piece of bone in my tuna. The chef should have been able to feel the bone by hand when they formedthe nigiri or at least be more careful when inspecting the fish prior to cutting. Never have this ever happened before in all myyears of eating sushi. They tasted ok however. Read more
