We went there to have our lunch meal. No one is wearing gloves specially person who was making burgers he was touching the... lattuce directly. And then there was this girl named NAVDEEP who came to our table and was extremely rude. Rather than asking uspolitely what happen or anything wrong she just went on being extremely rude and stand by our table the entire time when we washaving our meal making all of us uncomfortable! She didn?t even left us alone to have our meal !! Then we was going out of mcdafter our meal she fought with one of my innocent friend who was not even sure what?s going on..!!! Owner of this mcdonalds should visit here after 2am.. Staff is too rude. They never answer on drive thru speaker and if we go... directly to pickup window, they simply start complaining and tells us everytime that we need atleast 10-20 mins to prepare theorder. It happens with me 4th time. Read more
Very poor service as staff is only concerned about drive through customers and delivery services, not actual customers in the... restaurant. Ordered at kiosk, then waited for a long time while one drive through order after another was filled. To make theexperience even more dismal, when hubby asked for a coffee refill, it was refused. Very good!! I always have trouble with the rewards app, but today the lady helped me with it in the drive thru. AWESOME service... at both windows, very polite. Excellent! fresh food and Drink.
