Reviewing solely based on the awesome customer service my coworker and I experienced today! We went today around 11:15am and... were served by a lady who is what I would describe as sunshine in human form. I think her name was Rena? I wish I couldremember. She was really awesome and it was so nice to see someone just happy and excited to be there and she was just lovely.And both of our coffees tasted like they were made with love. She deserves a raise! My ?Large? French Vanilla coffee is always almost half of the cup, I think they do it on purpose to save money Cos why give me a... medium coffee in a ?large? cup? They also burnt my bagel belt the other day and their response was did I request for it to be?extra-toasted?. Tim Hortons is only surviving based on its history, going by current standards, all they need is a formidablerival to knock them off the table. Read more
I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it took them over half an hour to get it to me....not a good experience at all
