Drive thru is unbelievably slow. They got my order wrong and didn't give me a receipt and so when I went back they wouldn't fix... it without a receipt. Terrible service. Read more

This is the third time I've gone through this locations drive thru and they've been extremely rude. Either there needs to be new... management because the staff hates their job and the people they work for, or a whole staff meeting on customer service, and howto treat people with kindness. I'll gladly go to the Tim Hortons down the street if this happens again. To top it off, they'veconsistently not put in the codes for the app, why ask for it? Update on the food, you gave my son rock hard old fries with hismeal. Talk about cold, in every sense possible. I'll take my business elsewhere. It's no wonder there's never a line to thislocation.
