I was craving for a dessert pizza, so I went to Za Pizza around 8:30 and ordered a rocky road dessert pizza. I was really... looking forward to it but was dissatisfied with the whole experience. The staff who greeted us was wearing an airpod on one earwhich made it difficult for him to hear our order, yet he still did not remove it through the entire time he served us. He andthe other staff looked like they didn?t know how to make the dessert pizza and they kept referencing to the guide. They werespeaking in their language so we couldn?t understand what was wrong and what was going on whenever they would go back and forthto the reference. They both took forever to assemble the pizza. The vanilla ice cream that was used was old and pre-scooped intoa clear plastic container. When the staff took it out, the ice cream was in a melted form but frozen, if that makes sense. Itseemed like they have pre-scooped their ice cream and put it in the clear plastic container which has melted prior to putting itin the freezer again. Also, the staff scooped the ice cream from the clear plastic container with a spoon and the bottom of theice cream had a different color to the top. It was a vanilla ice cream but the bottom was yellow and watery. The staff explainedthat the water dripped down and got frozen. We had to remove the ice cream on top of the dessert pizza and throw it away in theparking lot because it had a weird discoloration and was sketchy of its quality. We did not even get a full scoop of the icecream. Overall, it was a really bad experience at this location and very poor quality. I would not recommend buying from hereand I would not go back again. Great place to get a custom pizza. You can choose from a few different sauces or mix and match. They have white or wheat dough... to start with. Then they have plenty of toppings, to include cheeses, meats, and vegetables for you to create your perfecttasting pizza. Read more
