My family of 3 waited over 20 minutes for a blizzard and a smoothie. They gave my Blizzard all melty without flipping it over.... Complete disrespect for customers doordash orders. They refused to give me a doordash order in the restaurant and told me I had... to line up in the huge line of 20 cars in the drive thru. This resulted in waiting 30min to pick up a customer's order whichturned out too be a sloppy melted mess of ice cream by that time. If you are not willing to give orders to the doordash driversthen maybe you shouldn't be using doordash at this establishment. Favourite location in the city! They were able to make a cake for us on short notice. They are very friendly time and time... again. Next time I will order earlier so I can customize the cake more but it was great either way! Read more
