not very busy when i go, service is good not always the best. food is 7/10 most the time i really do enjoy it. very casual here.... i have noticed it does have a faint unusual smell. they do always have some sort of great deal with food or drinks. Read more
For what it is, I give Applebee's five stars. It's not in the same stratosphere with some of the amazing places we've eaten but... for a chain restaurant with generic food it's pretty darned ok. You know exactly what the food will taste like, how the drinkswill be presented and the general atmosphere. We had a large group on a Friday night and they were able to accommodate. And wegot a nice quiet corner which is also a bonus. Oh! And no loud blasted music, that alone deserves a five star rating. Thehostess looked like she was in training but she did her best. The server was perfectly attentive. I think we also got ourpicture taken by the manager which was an undeserved honour. Read more
I went yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my family (4 people and a baby). What a disappointment I had. I had gone to... Applebees on the Regent location, and it was great. Delicious food and excellent service. On Grant, the server was great, butshe took more than 10 minutes just to come to our table. Getting the food, it was at least another 40 minutes. My wife's food(ribs) was burnt. I asked for pasta without sauce, and they had to change it because they had forgotten. Bill came wrong... I'llnot recommend the restaurant to my friends. Read more
