First worker put my order in wrong. I ordered three combos but was only given two. When I asked for her to explain, she got her... manager who condescendingly told me they gave me two when I ordered three. It was a misunderstanding but the manager had such abad attitude and handled it horribly. Will not go again. Horrible service Read more
I rarely post reviews, but the service here was awful. 2 girls were hugging each other from behind and giggling at the register... while I was waiting to give them my order. We were expecting the whistle dogs as they were posted outside the building and wehad even phoned and were told they would have it. Lo and behold they didn?t. Another girl was sitting on the kitchen windowwhere the food comes out and was doing nothing on her phone but hug her friends while clients were waiting. Read more
Came for the whistle dog! Presentation was a bit messy, but great taste and experience!
Probably my favorite A&W, lots of memories coming here with my grandma when I was a kid. The service is always good and the food... is better than other A&W's let me through the drive through on my bike when there was no one in line once which saved me a fewminutes so I was grateful. 4 stars because A&W took away the grandma burger 9 years ago and it was such a good burger. I gave them a 5 star before, but I would give negative now if I can. Their customer service became so terrible after hiring new... employees. They have heavy accent, that's fine, but when I asked them a few more times because I couldn't understand, they lostpatience, gave me an angry look. What hell!
