This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced in this town, me and my fiancé planned to go together but I went in... first to reserve a table and I?m not white but he is, so they looked at me like I didn?t belong there, felt really racist. The customer service here was sub par at best. Ended up getting the wrong order and was nice enough to drive back and return it,... only to be blamed for it being apparently my mistake and not the business for lack of confirmation on the order being correct.Sad customer service and pretty disappointed the experience couldn't have been handled better. I've worked in retail and neverhave I argued with customers, usually you do what's necessary to make it right and accept blame regardless of whose fault,that's just business.
