This time we went through the drive-thru because last time they had troubles at the counter. However this time we got our... breakfast sandwiches cold, no ketchup, salt or pepper as requested & they failed to put sugar & cream in a double double coffee,which I couldn't drink black so it was thrown to waste. Many mistakes on our order but the worst was my diabetic husband clearly ordered an iced coffee NO SUGAR and they served it... with sugar. When he returned it the manager had the nerve to argue with him. Mistakes happen but some mistakes can have bigrepercussions. Maybe take someone?s word they can?t have sugar and fix the mistake. I come here often and it is my all time favourite McDonald?s. The service is amazing ! They?re Always smiling and laughing when... you pull up to the window.
