I don?t think I?ve ever gotten a bag full of the food I?ve payed for they forget at least 2 things every time. They have to sign... off that they checked the food in the delivery bag and obviously don?t properly look. Don?t order from McDonald?s on feastify ifyou want your whole order. Read more
Poor customer service ever, to whoever was working the kitchen learn to make a wrap properly and put the chicken on the inside... of the wrap and took a bite out of my wrap at the same time. Read more
I like the food. Staff is always friendly. Clean environment. I like the self order kiosk. A great place to train people to be... responsible adults. My only complaint is that last 3 times I try to go there, the restaurant is closed due to lack of staff.Only drive-thru is open. Edit: After a serious sit down discussion with supervisors Emma and Bella, I was helped to understandthat the staffing shortages are not their fault and that a three star review was inaccurate. I am giving them a provisional 4.5stars on the condition that they continue to find ways to mitigate the staffing shortage going forward. Read more

This McDonald's is almost always lined up with cars waiting and next to never open for dine in. The gals that work in the... morning during the week are phenomenal and even though mistakes have been made they bust hump to plow through the lineup ofclients with spectacular success but the day crew and night crew seem to be utterly useless and can't even get something like nomustard right and seem to take forever to get vehicles through. This restaurant along with a lot of other William's Lakerestaurants have no business even being open in my opinion. If you can't give your clients consistently good service why botheropening the doors. Read more
