Staff made this visit . Food wasn't good, had the loaded chicken salad which wasn't a salad at all but rather some scoops of... spicy rice, a piece of a lettuce leaf and a scant amount of cucumbersmixed with tomatoes. My husband had a grilled sandwich clubhe said was horrible tasting. The staff however were really friendly, polite and clean. Read more
I mobile ordered through their app and when I arrived 10 mins later they hadn't received the order. Not a big deal. I showed... them my online email confirmation, the app confirmation and my banking to show I paid. They still didn't make my order foranother 20 mins. The employees continually asked me to show my order and used my entire break. Not very pleased. Read more

Tim hortons standard in food has fallen. The foods awful their was a time that I actually liked Tim Hortons food, I liked their... crispy chicken sandwich with mayo, not the crispy chicken with whatever that new sauce they put on that makes it taste gross,their bowls they added are just the same as their two wraps which the rice can be closer compared to mush, their Buffalo chickenwrap is inedible, not because it's spicy but because the flavor of their sauce overpowers the rest of the wrap and all you tasteis that awful sauce, their meat dip sandwich tastes mostly of salt and is also close in the level of the Buffalo chicken wrap inits inedibility. I miss their Chipotle cheddar chicken wrap which tasted quite good and now they have discontinued my favoriteitem on the menu which is the chilly cheese wedges and the only way to get something similar is to order the loaded chilly,which they added their gross rice to, and order the wedges separately, their drinks are okay, I still love their tea which isthe reason this ain't a 1 star, their iced coffee is good which is saying something cause I usually don't like coffee but theirother cold beverage drinks are too sweet I tried the peach drink and could only get a couple sips in cause I couldn't stand howsweet the drink was.
