I don?t often leave a bad review, but. Upon arriving to our reservation at 7:30 we were waiting in the lobby for 35 minutes... before getting sat. The table had been sitting empty otherwise. When we were sat it took about 15 minutes for our server to comeand drop off waters and plates. She walked away before we could get a drink order in and one of the members of our party had toflag her down to order. We ended up ordering everything all at once because by this time it was 8:30 and we had no drinks orfood. The appetizers came out quite quickly but by 9:45 we had still not eaten and we had at least 6 empty drinks piled to theend of the table(pictured below). A member of the table asked to speak to management about the wait for our food and they said?yeah it?s ready it?s coming?. When they were setting down our food I had to ask them to actually clear the glasses so theycould put the plate down. The manager or supervisor came over and gave us some wine but no apology, no reasoning, nothing. Nowater refills, no drink refills- super weird. We were really disappointed- a sorry goes a long way with bad service and as aserver myself I just don?t think this is justified. After a long day of cancelled flights and frustrations I decided to check out Giorgios Cuccina, it was a great pick! Besides a... small set back of waiting for someone to take my order (waiter came and apologized for a mis-communication between staff on whowould be attending to my table) the food and drinks were delivered promptly, the food was delicious and well prepared, largeserving of pasta and great dessert (I had the penne asparagus and berry new york cheesecake). Overall great service and food andnext time I am in Whitehorse I would eat there again. Read more
After 100 minutes waiting? no starters, no food. Other tables that arrived and ordered after us got food. I had a clear view... of the kitchen. Focus was on getting take-out orders first and foremost. It is great they received a takeout order for 23people? but it was serviced at the expense of their dine in patrons. How hard would it have been to get out our starter ofbread? Apparently the answer is over 100 minutes. Monumentally disappointing for my wife?s birthday. Read more
Nice restaurant.. look classy. Great food, friendly staff but quite a while to get our food. For the price, I think still... reasonable. This is better than Earl in Whitehorse. We ordered calamari, steamed muscle and fettuccine for dinner. Read more

Genuinely terrible service. Had a reservation for 730 and didn't get seated until almost 8. Server was nowhere to be found for... most of the night and we had to literally track down the manager for service. Did not receive meals until 945pm and we had togo to the bar to get our own water and ask the expo to clear the empty glasses from the one time the server asked if we wouldlike anything. The manager at one point dropped off some wine as her way of apology, but half the table was driving. A simple"sorry for the wait" would have gone a long way than acting like this is normal service . 3.5 hours at a restaurant for amediocre steak is not my idea of a good way to spend a night. Read more
