Went to Captain Submarine for the first time and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I was waiting to be served and made... eye contact with 3 employees and after 10 minutes a woman came out to take my order. After my order was placed she went in theback and asked if anyone else wanted to make the sub and i heard multiple people say no, she then proceeded to make my sub andit took her about 15 mins to make it. She then made my salad which somehow took 10 more minutes and it had no toppings, justlettuce and chicken but i was so annoyed at that point that i didn't say anything i just wanted to leave. I got out to the carand there was no sauce in the bag for my salad. I was the only customer there at the time and only had 1 sub and a salad and iwas in there for 35 minutes. This place doesn't have good customer service and overall terrible atmosphere. Read more
Very nice young man serving. Offered suggestions when asked. Patient. Made 2 good subs. Tried the on line app. After 3 tries, I... completed my order, but as I had two subs, the info on the second sub disappeared at checkout. So I ordered my 2nd oneseparately. Of the 3 veggies I ordered, I received only tomatoes. No spinach, no onion even though I checked at the cash beforepaying...... No more online orders for me. Still had to wait in the ordering line anyway. Read more

We went at 5PM on Monday April 19th, you?d think suppertime would be a time they?re ready for customers however we didn?t get... served first or last. There was a lady working at the drive-thru window (which is right next to the ?order here? sign where wewere waiting) while on her phone chatting. We made eye contact with a young man who was out back twice but nobody ever servedus. Even just a ?one second, I?ll be with you soon? would?ve sufficed but it?s like we weren?t even there.
