It's very miserable here, I was sitting on one of the tables outside and a random car offered me money for no reason other than... I must have looked homeless. Both drive thrus are open. Cars at both speakers. I go to the right. Wait for 2 minutes then I'm up next. The left car goes... through while I wait. Then the 2nd left car goes through... while I'm still waiting...? Usually it's left and right, correct?That's skipping the line. Anyway, 2nd left car goes through. Then I wait another minute... still nothing. So i drive up to thewindow to order, thinking it was broken. Im told i cant order and to go back to the speaker... I do. The left one this time.Doesn't the same thing happen again! But on the left side now! The 1st right car goes ahead. Then the 2nd. While there is stilla car in the left ahead of me that should have gone before the 2nd right... ANYWAY! By the time I got my food and drove aroundto get out, they had closed a drive thru. I get being short staffed or busy or whatever. But to not even pop on and let us knowyour going to be a second?! And to make me drive thru twice?!? Unprofessional! Read more
I'm writing a lot, but it's just an FYI. The staff seem alright and fast enough in my experience. I'm from a different... location but started working here, I stay in a hotel, and I finish late at night and often feel like a meal. For some reasonthe menu board shows a "McDonald's snooze" logo and doesn't switch to the "order verify" screen. 2 of the 4 times I've beenhere, poutine is unavailable and the filet-o-fish patties are dry, shrunken, and tough to chew. That's not supposed to beallowed by McDonald's standards. I never experienced the latter anywhere else. These 2 things seem to happen at the sametime. I understand the odd blunder happens, but I feel that a menu advertised at an open location while we're craving, means youcan expect to receive those items at the expected quality. At 50% failure rate, this is a waste of the customer's time to showup and be let down when we could stay home or go elsewhere. On the flipside of that, I still satisfied my hunger, better luckwith my preferred meal next time lol. Read more
Worst drive thru experience EVER! My husband told the girl over the speaker 5 times we wants a sausage MCGriddle we still ended... up with a McMuffin. Orders a large iced coffee was given a medium and it wasn't stirred and was way too sweet compared to usual.Our McMuffins were burnt to a crisp. We only ate the hash browns and meat out of our breakfast sandwiches. After sitting in thedrive thru for over 12 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us, we left and got breakfast at A&W instead. Do not come here between 4-5:30 am. They do a ?system update ?. 2 days in a row i have arrived at 4:20 am to get a coffee, 1st... day i waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and was then told they are doing an update. Store started taking orders at 5am. Second day I arrived at 4:10 waited 10 minutes at the speaker drove to the window, no one was there. Went back to thespeaker waited until 4:45, (i dont have anywhere to be so it doesn?t matter) then was told they will be doing a system update.So i said i have been here since 4:20 so at this point i will just wait. They said nothing, waited 10 more minutes and then saidthe restaurant is closed until 5:30. Im sure there is a better way to let our customers know the restaurant is closed. Mysuggestion. 3-4 am is less busy and updates should be done then. Drive thru should be blocked like they usually do when it?sclosed to let customers know. Turn off the exterior lights or order screens. Or even have a message on the order screen sayingthe restaurant it temporarily closed. Maybe that can be included in a future update:) Im not trying to pick at the employeeworking here as in my experience they have all treated me really nice.
