This Smitty's is a Wetaskiwin institution. In particular, I love that the walls are full of art by local native artists.
The food was great and a decent portion, two complaints...how can you justify charging 7.99 for a glass of Apple juice,... coincidence that the price for juice is not on the menu? Coffee 3.95...this was Smitty's not Starbucks. What ever happened tosenior's discount? Read more

Worse experience ever. Waitress was advised that there was a fly in the Caesar salad. She apologized and went to talk to the... manager. When she came back she said she was able to cut the cost of one meal. When we went to pay the manager said she wouldcut 10 dollars off the 71 dollar bill. I told her what the waitress told me and she said she made all the decisions. Then shesaid she would cut 99cents for each salad.
