One of the best brunches I have ever have. The environment is awesome, the service is outstanding and the food is delicious.... The earls bacon cheddar burger has always been my favourite since day 1. As a burger lover, it is safe to say that they have... this burger perfected, and it is frankly the best burger I?ve ever tried. If you ever go there, get it! The truffle fries andgarlic fried are amazing as well!! The celebration cake is too sweet though; it tastes like Betty Crocker boxed cake andfrosting. The place is quite pricey but honestly the bacon cheddar burger will make it worth it. If you loves burgers, it willtaste like heaven. I was here for A LONG time tonight. Service from Day Manager ?Angela? was exemplary, personable, and on-point. She even... double-checked later after speaking with me whether my fries were warm enough still. I was so happy with the exchange, of coursethey were alright! Later in the evening, ?Jeremy? (Français bartender) kept me well taken-care-of. He was attentive, withoutbeing too aggressive; he checked in on me and various guests regularly at appropriate intervals so as not to be intrusive, yetmaintaining a level of service expected for the price point Earls demands. He was not pushy when it neared closing. He wasrespectful of myself and the other patron next to me who also clearly had work to be done. He navigated around whateverback-of-house issues may have come up in the process of his service, and never made us feel pressured to leave. Yet got all ourorders taken by Last Call. I previously worked in the industry 12+ years, and can speak to the level of service these folks gaveus tonight.
